Why have we created yet another pilot valve?
Actually, the original V-SolenoidTM line of NAMUR solenoid valves have been in use for several years with a successful track record of performance and reliability in the process industry.
We are very pleased to offer our next generation V-Solenoid IITM. Specifically engineered to pilot pneumatic process valve actuators, we have improved the design and added some valuable features.
While retaining our patented and proven sealing technology, we boosted airflow and reduced response time. Using enhanced materials the V-Solenoid IITM can be supplied with an operating temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The most notable improvement is the patented rotary sealing plate. It features in the field conversion from 3/2 to 5/2 action without the need for tools or additional parts, and incorporates exhaust feedback to increase actuator spring life span.
